So remember what I said about looking at things in a positive way and quit being so critical and negative… thats my goal.
Wednesday was fun we did some stretches and a little gymnastics before Megan and I tore up a team wod. The workout was one person does max handstand hold (against the wall, we aren’t gymnasts) while the other did as many burpees as possible. After burpees, handstands were so hard. Your arms are tired from the burpees and its just not fun trying to hold yourself with that pain. lol It was really fun, team wods are my favorite!
Thursday was an individual wod but it was two things I liked (deadlifts and jumping squats) and one thing I hate (sprints). I did about 112# deadlifts, which i probably could have done more but I was able to keep up with the boys so I was happy, but as soon as I started running there was always someone there to pass me up and that really breaks you down. But whatever I was able to keep up with the guys and 112# is still pretty good. =)
Saturday is a free WOD with my old CF box and I am thinking about going. I haven’t seen some old friends in a while and that might be a good time to see them. That is if I don’t drink too much Friday night (tonight)! Hehe yes I drink, I don’t know if I’ve ever mentioned that on here before or not.
