This was a great week. I was really happy with how I did. I wipped myself to death with those double unders but after a few hours they stopped bleeding (lol, jk). I feel that I am improving and becoming more confident in my ability to do CrossFit workouts. Thank you so much for reading. I will promise to update more frequently next week.
